Photography Definition 2: Capacitor

Capacitor: electrical component once more commonly known as a condenser.  Stores electrical energy supplied by a power source and can discharge it more rapidly than the source itself.  Used in flash equipment, providing reliable bulb firing even from weak batteries, and supplying the surge needed for electronic flash tubes.

Photography Definition 1: Hot Shoe

Hot Shoe: A mounting device, usually built onto the top of a camera, that enables flash unit, or speedlight, to be mounted on and triggered by the camera.

Check out this cool panoramic camera made from 27 cameras inside a padded ball! There's some potential here for some pretty cool photos.  But after watching the video of the kid throwing it at the canyon...I have to wonder: what if he dropped it?

Beginning of Project- First Pictures

I'm going to re-shoot others like this, except try to make more of the picture in focus (like the fingernails).  Also I'm going to turn them into black and white for the finals.
